Bastia has taken FIFA to court over delayed payment from Trabzonspor for Oulai transfer. The sum of 1.5 to 2 million euros has not been paid. Oulai played 31 matches with Trabzonspor in his first season, including 24 as a starter in the league. The team finished third and qualified for the Europa League. Bastia also benefits from a percentage of the resale. The transfer payment was spread over several months, but the Turkish directors did not respect the terms of the contract.
